SÉRA sells curated beauty products online from Kyiv. These terms apply to every order placed through this site.

This line needs the operator's real filing before launch. We have left it blank rather than invent one.
Adding something to the bag is not an order. The order exists when you complete checkout and we confirm it by email.
We can decline an order — if the product is out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to the address. If we decline after you paid, you get the money back in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we will tell you before charging anything, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.
Delivery times, carriers and costs are on the delivery page. Those estimates are estimates; once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is theirs.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over at the address or branch you chose.
You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind about an unopened product. The full conditions, including what cannot come back for hygiene reasons, are on the returns page, and they are part of these terms.
Refunds go to the method you paid with, within three business days of the parcel reaching us.
Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you for a faulty product.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. We can suspend an account being used for fraud.
The photography, text and design on this site are ours. Read them, share a link, quote a line — but do not republish the lot as your own shop.
Product descriptions are written by us and reflect how the product behaved for the people here. They are not medical advice. If your skin is reacting to something, see a dermatologist rather than us.
We are responsible for what we get wrong: a product that does not match its description, an order we fail to deliver, money we fail to refund. We are not responsible for losses neither side could reasonably have expected.
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because nobody may.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts there can hear any dispute — without taking away the protection of the law where you live, if that is somewhere else.
